Dishes in viewing WC Qualifier
We had "UNpublic viewing of World Cup Qualifier" on 3rd, 8th and 12th June in Moritomizu Backpackers.
It is a good season for wild edible plants. So we served dished full of such fresh and seasonal plants.
先のブログにあるようにWC予選6月3連戦をリビングで見ました。
ちょうど山菜の時期なので、いくつか料理を出しました。
several kinds of boiled plants(Yobusumasou/Kogomi etc) and fried Gyoja-ninniku(garlic-like leek) with pork
ヨブスマソウやコゴミのおひたし、ギョウジャニンニク豚バラ炒め、など
hachiku(middle sized bamboo shoot) with snowpea and fried tofu
破竹（中込さんとこの山から採ってきました）と油揚げ、さやえんどうの煮付け
rice bowl with fried Gyojaninnku on top and kinpira(fried and well-cooked) of Udo, with Kabu
ギョウジャニンニク丼とウドきんぴら、カブ塩もみなど
Udo with bacon, tomato and cheese
ウドイタリアン
We have special events occasionally in our living room, and sometimes we serve seasonal or local original dishes.
